Terms of Use

Use of the PayCheck application, the PayCheck beta version and related PayCheck pages on vados.dev constitutes acceptance of these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app or PayCheck pages. General vados.dev website terms are at /en/terms-of-service.

The website and the application are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of data or profits. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for PayCheck Premium through Google Play in the last 12 months (or zero if you use the Free version).

Beta versions are provided for testing and feedback. They may contain errors, individual features may change or be temporarily unavailable, and data may be lost. You participate at your own risk. By submitting bug reports, screenshots, logs or feedback, you confirm that you have the right to provide those materials and agree that we may process them as described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data processing is described in the Privacy Policy. PayCheck financial data is stored locally on the device, but account, Premium, ads, payments, beta access, support and website features may use third-party services including Google Play, Google AdMob, Supabase, Resend, PostHog and infrastructure providers. By using those features, you also interact with the applicable rules and policies of those services.

Financial data in PayCheck is stored on your device. You are responsible for the accuracy of entered data, backups, device security, export/import files and the location where backups are saved. Manual export/import and Premium scheduled local backups are user-controlled local operations. Scheduled local backup does not mean hidden upload of financial data to cloud storage or to our server.

Premium is provided as a Google Play subscription for 1 month, 6 months or 12 months. Premium may include removing ads, advanced analytics, PDF/CSV export and scheduled local backups. Subscription management, cancellation, renewal, refunds and payment issues are handled under Google Play rules. Prices may be regional, and the final price, taxes and currency are shown in Google Play according to your region, account country and local currency.

PayCheck is not a bank, financial advisor, tax consultant or accounting system. The app helps with personal tracking, but you are responsible for decisions, calculations, tax or financial actions based on the data you enter.

You may not use the site or app for illegal purposes, hacking, spam, or to infringe others' rights. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.

Content, design, and branding of the site and app are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy or use them commercially without permission.

The site may link to third-party resources. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. If a dispute cannot be resolved through good-faith communication, it will be considered by the competent courts of Ukraine under Ukrainian law.

If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect.

We may change these Terms by posting an updated version on the site with a new effective date. Continued use after the change constitutes acceptance.
