Delete PayCheck account data
This public page automatically deletes the server-side PayCheck account connected to your account email and 12-character PayCheck ID from the app.
What will be deleted
After verification, we delete the PayCheck server account and related server-side personal data, including:
- account data, email and 12-character PayCheck ID;
- Premium status cache and technical account settings;
- related beta/support records when they belong to this account.
PayCheck financial records are stored locally on your phone. To remove local transactions, accounts, categories, budgets or export files, delete them in the app or clear the app data on your device.
Limited audit, security, purchase, anti-fraud or legal records may be retained when required for security, accounting, disputes or law.
Account verification
Check your email
If a matching PayCheck account exists, we have emailed a confirmation link to its address. Open that email and follow the link to permanently delete the account. The link expires soon and can be used only once. If local financial records remain on your phone, delete them in the app or clear app data on the device.
