How it works
No need to be an accountant or figure it all out on screen one. One record today — and within a couple of weeks you see the full picture of your money.
01 · Record
Plus, amount, income or expense — done. Currency and account are pre-filled. Add a category or note only when you want the detail.

02 · Find
Search, filters and date help you recall when and where the money went — even a month later.

03 · Understand
Once you have enough records, PayCheck shows it for you: how much you earned, how much you spent, what's left and which categories drain the budget most.

About your financial data
Your financial history is personal. So PayCheck doesn't take it for itself: your records stay encrypted on your phone, not on someone's server. Not 'we keep your data safe' — we simply don't have it. No sharing with third parties, and no ads built on your spending.
Transactions, categories and goals live on your Android device, not in someone else's cloud.
No card logins — PayCheck physically cannot reach into your account.
A PDF or CSV is created only when you tap export or backup.
We don't sell financial data or turn your expenses into an ad profile.
Free and Premium
95% of the app is free — and we don't collect your financial data. Paid only unlocks deeper analytics, automation, and no ads.

Free
Free is enough if you need honest manual tracking and a clean transaction history.
Premium
Premium makes sense when you already have history and want answers, reports, backups and a cleaner interface.
PayCheck helps you keep your own records so a month later they become a readable financial history.
FAQ
No. PayCheck never asks for bank credentials and cannot access your accounts. You record money manually; on supported banks you can optionally enable on-device parsing of bank SMS and notifications — it is off by default and nothing is sent anywhere.
On your Android device, in an encrypted database (AES-256). PayCheck works without a cloud account and does not collect your financial history.
Yes. Core tracking — income, expenses, accounts, categories and goals — is free with ads. Premium removes ads and adds advanced analytics, PDF/CSV export and scheduled local backups; it is billed through Google Play.
Yes. Create a backup file (optionally protected with a password and strong encryption), copy it to the new device and restore it in the app.
The app is available in 8 languages, including English, Ukrainian and Polish, and supports multi-currency accounts with exchange rates.
Your records live only on your device: clearing the app's data or uninstalling it removes them. If you created a beta account, you can delete it on the account deletion page.
From the developer
I want to be sure about privacy even in things like this — and you can only really be sure when you build it yourself. So your financial history stays yours: PayCheck is a tool that helps you keep it, not something that takes it.
Download PayCheck, make your first record — and within a couple of weeks you'll see where your salary actually goes. Free; Premium when you want more.
